19What will be checked during screening?+
Eligibility, authenticity, completeness, identity, ownership, documents, activity evidence, duplicate entries, public information, conflicts and participation readiness.
20Is screening a competition or judging process?+
No. It verifies published requirements; it is not intended to identify the “best” startup.
21What does “Correction Required” mean?+
Additional or corrected information is needed, such as clearer documents, ownership evidence, contact details, photographs or a missing declaration.
22How will I know whether a correction is required?+
Through the participant dashboard, registered email or mobile, or official phone/WhatsApp communication.
23What if I do not respond to a correction request?+
The application may be marked incomplete or ineligible after the stated deadline.

Yes, subject to the winner agreement and media consent, through photographs, interviews, behind-the-scenes coverage and the final reveal.
Souvenir Magazine & Publicity
50What is the souvenir magazine?+
A summit publication featuring approved startups, founders, resource persons, institutions, sponsors, programme information, business articles, photographs and rebranding information.

Inclusion depends on complete content, consent, editorial approval, image quality, space and deadlines.

Only where necessary, authorised and covered by consent or programme requirements—not for unrelated marketing without permission.

Use a strong password, keep credentials and verification codes private, use the official site, reject unofficial payment requests, log out on shared devices and report suspicious messages.
Application Decisions
